Presenting... Midway Fair !!
For those who do not know, here's some short history on Sheares Hall & Rag (taken from DRH Sheares Alumni website):
"Now into her fifty first year, Sheares Hall has indeed lived up to her motto... Numerous trophies and plaques from the victories of various games and cultural events aside, our most distinguished record of dominating the Rag and Flag competition over the past two decades is surely, a record that can never be beaten by any other Hall but Sheares Hall herself."
So yes, Sheares Hall is the Rag hall and here's presenting to you Midway Fair! The float that swept away 4 awards this Rag & Flag 2005- Best Float, Best Design, Best Presentation and Centennial Dance Performance Award!!!
(FYI, Midway Fair is constructed in the 3-month summer break, completely from scratch & handmade, with the wits and creativity of our designers, engineers, and the rest of the committee (material engineers, marketing, welfare, multimedia). And not forgetting, the endless practices that the dancers had and costumes tailor-made by our very own costume department.)

Have you heard the American song: Scarborrough Fair? That is the type of feeling I get from seeing your Fair Photo's! It, they, make me feel young again and I have a longing to return to a simpler time. *sigh*
P.S. I meant to say that if diamonds are a girls best friend and a dog is a man's best friend(as the American saying says), I'd rather be a man with my dog at my feet, then be with a woman with a diamond on her ring finger, at least my dog knows who she belongs tooooooo!
